Super Burnout

Game Description: Super Burnout is the best motorcycle racing game I have had the pleasure of playing. You get 4 different options in the racing modes-TRAINING mode is against 6 drones which are adjustably agressive, VERSUS mode- for head to head play, (over and under split screen), CHAMPIONSHIP mode- races you against the six drones on all of the tracks and RECORD mode-racing against time on which ever track you chose. There are 6 different bikes to chose from with different attributes and eight different tracks from around the world to race on, each with it's own type of music and background scenery.

Graphics: Are super, the scrolling is seamless, background effects are really great in the individual competitions, and minimized in the versus mode. When you get into it you can feel your stomach lift on the rises, and sink in the depressions.

Music: Is best heard on a stereo feed from either the back of the Jag, or from the TV output, and is pretty good CD quality music, and is kind of tweaked a little to match each country that you race in.

Gameplay: It is not an easy game to get REAL good times on until you practice. If you plan on playing head to head be sure to match up bikes and skills or it will be frustrating for one or the other of you. The bikes are selectable from automatic transmission to manual trans. I find the auto gives the best performance, as it is tricky to shift and turn and brake and accelerate. Each track is quite different in it's skill level required

Overall: Well I'm a little biased on this game, as it is the reason I bought a Jaguar to start with. I've seen a lot of cool games for other platforms that involve racing, but being a motorcycle rider myself this game very closely emmulates the experience of gettin' it on. If you don't have it GET IT. If you've got it E-mail for the codes if you don't have them already. Play it LOUD! I give it a "9" 'cause there is always room for improvement.
