Vid Grid

Game Description: As you listen to a popular music video you have to try to meet the challenge of fixing the scrambled music video! You can attempt a easy 3 X 3 video or try a harder 6 X 6 one! When the video ends your time is up! You have to beat the clock to progress! This game consists of full-length, uncut musical videos and you can switch the many options for even more challenging gameplay. This game is a pack-in with the Jaguar CD along with the Tempest 2000 compact disc and of course Blue Lightning!

Graphics: Vid Grid is composed of music videos which you must unscramble so what I mainly have to evaluate is the FMV. The FMV takes up about 80% of the screen and then they have a border which is not bad. The FMV itself is pretty good overall though my main complaint is its a little bit grainy. Its not bad at all and thats my only grip here. Not bad overall! RATING: 8

Sound: Well the only thing for the most part I have to talk about here is the music. The quality of the music is very good and very clear as you would expect in a CD. Really thats pretty much all there is to talk about, they have a few other noises of course which sound fine. No problems here either! RATING: 9.5

Gameplay: Well as with most FMV games you don't have much to talk about in the line of gameplay. Basically you are moving puzzle pieces here and there are no problems with the way that works. The play is fine here, though as with most FMV games its not overly interactive. RATING: 6.5

Overall: Vid Grid is really a very enjoyable game. Since the Jag CD comes with Blue Lighning I figured this game would not be much and its really alot of fun. Being a FMV game its not overly interactive, but thats to be expected. Really this game has very little in the way fo flaws and is a very nice pack-in which I had a nice amount of fun with! RATING: 8
